Finance Manager – Real Estate Development Company
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary : AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Real Estate Development Company or related field in UAE is a must.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Real Estate Development Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Real Estate Development Company finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage budgets, cash flow, financial reporting, and strategic planning. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Manage budgeting, expense control, and cash flow.
Conduct feasibility analysis and investment appraisals for new projects.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor and optimize the company’s financial performance.
Oversee financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Preferred Chartered Accountant, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance within the Real Estate Development Company industry in UAE.
Strong knowledge of Development Company finance, market trends, and relevant regulations.
Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite, Tally, Xero.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems. (Ex Tally & Xero)
Sound understanding of property valuation and investment analysis.
