We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. You will be responsible for below task:
· Provide consistent, high quality customer service to customers.
· Be the first point of contact for all shipping queries and will be responsible for booking, planning of Shipments as per customer SOP, execute as per sales guidelines.
· Be responsible for preparing & sending the P.O. to the vendors and as well as the proactive and appropriate resolution of issues related to P.O. & Booking management.
· Maintaining customer retention and identifying cross sell/up sell opportunities.
· Booking with vendors/ shippers.
· Coordinate and oversee shipping processes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries
Manage shipping documentation, including customs documentation, compliances for international shipments.
· Query Resolution with Vendors/ Customers/ Key Account Managers- ensure timely resolution and response to customers.
· Responsible for cross sell/up sell, customer retention.
· Follow up on the Outstanding bookings & query resolution from other departments within Company.
· Prepares contracts in line with the Company Policies.
· Record and report the performance of the processes adopted.
· Manage stakeholders for efficient process.
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in the logistics industry (fresh graduates are also welcome).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software.
