Job Description:
The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans for construction projects. The role requires strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to translate engineering and architectural concepts into practical construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create detailed architectural and structural drawings for construction projects.
2. Review design concepts and convert them into technical drawings and blueprints.
3. Ensure drawings comply with UAE building codes and company standards.
4. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to clarify design requirements.
5. Revise drawings based on feedback or design changes.
6. Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.
7. Support project planning and execution with precise drafting support.
Requirements:
✅ 5–6 years of proven drafting experience in the construction industry.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
✅ Strong knowledge of architectural and structural drawings.
✅ Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to work under tight deadlines.
