We are looking for an HR & Administration professional to join our team in Dubai. If you have strong communication, organizational skills, and at least 2 years of HR/Admin experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements:
Recruitment and Onboarding – Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and new employee orientation.
Employee Records Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and benefits information.
Payroll Processing – Calculate and process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Accounts and Finance – Manage company accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Invoicing and Billing – Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Benefits Administration – Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Compliance and Risk Management – Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies, while identifying potential risks.
Office Administration – Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
HR Support and Queries – Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
Reporting and Analytics – Prepare HR and financial reports, including payroll reports, employee data analysis, and other metrics to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of payroll, accounts, and HR compliance.
