We are urgently seeking a qualified HSE Officer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join one of our ongoing projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Ensure site compliance with UAE labor and HSE regulations.
2) Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
3) Report and investigate incidents/near misses; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
4) Maintain HSE documentation and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Promote a strong safety culture across the workforce.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or industrial projects.
2) NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
3) Solid understanding of UAE safety legislation and Dubai Municipality requirements.
4) Candidates from Africa who meet the experience and qualification criteria.
