Location: Dubai
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Estimator – MEP
Job description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for all MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to identify all materials, equipment, and labor needed for MEP works.
Provide accurate and competitive pricing for MEP services, considering project requirements, timeline, and cost constraints.
Have hands-on experience working primarily in Retail stores, F&B restaurants, Office Fit Outs and Villas
Prepare detailed Rate Analysis for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting, Security systems.
Pricing of Variation items with rate build-up, takeoff sheets and other associated documents.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Adept with the working environment, show a positive attitude and should communicate with clarity
Good working knowledge in MS Excel and Word, Autocad & Planswift.
Industry Experience – Interior Fit out industry.
Experience: 2 to 4 years (UAE EXP IS MUST)
