We’re Hiring: QA/QC Engineers – Villa Projects (UAE)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced QA/QC engineers to join our team for high-end villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across all phases of the project, from
documentation and inspections to subcontractor coordination and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of site works, subcontractors, and suppliers.
2. Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
3. Manage and control project documentation, including drawings, quality records, and closeout files.
4. Oversee the receipt, issuance, and secure archiving of controlled quality documents.
5. Monitor subcontractor compliance with quality systems and conduct audits to ensure alignment.
6. Coordinate phased inspections at key milestones to facilitate client/consultant approvals.
7. Review and ensure timely execution of method statements and inspection & test plans (ITPs).
8. Supervise on-site and off-site testing activities, including mock-ups and field tests.
9. Maintain records of training programs, safety inductions, and toolbox talks.
10. Collaborate with site teams to interpret project specifications and ensure consistent compliance.
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 4–6 years of hands-on experience in villa construction projects.
