We’re looking for a talented Real Estate Evaluator to join our team in Dubai. This role is not only about delivering accurate valuations but also about helping us grow — combining technical expertise with a strong business development mindset.
What you’ll be doing:
Conducting property valuations in line with RICS standards and Dubai Land Department (DLD) requirements.
Preparing clear, professional valuation reports for investors, developers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities in the UAE property market.
Acting as a trusted advisor, providing insights into market trends and investment opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
RICS qualification (or working towards it) is highly preferred.
Proven experience in real estate valuation within the UAE market.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support business development activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Based in Dubai.
