Candidate Location- Currently based in Dubai
Lead and oversee design projects from initial concept to final delivery.
Develop creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design concepts based on project briefs.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with requirements.
Review, refine, and approve design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers.
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to ensure designs remain relevant and innovative.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers when necessary for design execution.
Stay updated with new design tools, software, and industry practices.
Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven design experience, preferably interiors/architecture/graphic/product design.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage teams and mentor junior designers.
Good project management and organizational skills.
