Warehouse Coordinator – 7 Seas Matrix Logistics Services LLC (JAFZA)
7 Seas Matrix Logistics Services LLC is hiring an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing 3PL operations in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound: Plan and receive shipments, verify documents, oversee GRN, put-away, labeling, and location tagging.
Outbound: Pick/pack planning, order allocation, wave management, load planning, dispatch scheduling, and POD follow-up.
Inventory Control: Daily cycle counts, stock reconciliation, variance investigation, BIN/location hygiene, and slow/aging stock reports.
WMS/Reporting: Operate WMS (task creation, ASN, pick lists, dispatch notes), maintain dashboards, and share daily KPIs (receipts, orders, OTIF, accuracy).
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare/verify delivery notes, packing lists, and job files; ensure JAFZA & customs compliance for warehouse moves and gate passes.
Customs Coordination (Added Advantage): Basic knowledge of Emirsal customs documentation (Dubai Trade/Mirsal II) for coordination with the brokerage team.
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, slot confirmations, exceptions, and issue resolution.
HSE & Facilities: Enforce safety rules, housekeeping standards (5S), equipment checklist closures, and incident reporting; coordinate with ops for Aisle Master/forklift tasking.
Vendor & Team Coordination: Liaise with transporters, 3PL partners, and internal teams (billing, CS, customs) to ensure smooth operations.
Billing Inputs: Capture billable events (handling, storage, special services), ensure job-wise time/space logs are accurate and submitted on time.
Requirements
Experience in 3PL warehouse operations (JAFZA experience preferred)
Working knowledge of WMS, scanners/HHU, and MS Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP/basic)
Emirsal customs documentation knowledge is an added advantage
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Physically fit to supervise floor activities; hands-on, detail-oriented
Availability to join immediately
Compensation
AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience)
